If you are slumping, your body has lost it's leverage. It's not about age, tight muscles, weak ones or lack of exercise. There's more to the hunch you see and feel.
Why does your spine slump?
The body is a leverage system. If you find yourself slumping it is because your body has lost leverage. It is not about tight muscles, weak muscles, laziness, etc.
Check your posture by standing and letting your body relax. If your body shifts at all then you have a leverage problem. Your tight muscles are not the primary problem. They are just working hard to keep you upright.
