Why does your spine slump?
The body is a leverage system. If you find yourself slumping it is because your body has lost leverage. It is not about tight muscles, weak muscles, laziness, etc.
Check your posture by standing and letting your body relax. If your body shifts at all then you have a leverage problem. Your tight muscles are not the primary problem. They are just working hard to keep you upright.
